Trivia Raffle Rules

Entry Rules and Eligibility
Only owners and employees of insurance agencies, and owners and employees of adjusting companies are eligible.

Only one name per entry form, please.

All entries must be e-mailed to SERVPRO OF NORTH WORCESTER.

You can e-mail more than one entry per submission, but only one entry per person will be accepted.

Entries must be received by the entry deadline.
